Mark is the President of Bitterlin Companies Inc. The Company founded in 1980, has a full range of services including real estate management, brokerage, commercial leasing, consulting and project management. Topping the list of his high-profile transactions in 2020 is the sale of a 52,000-square-foot office building in Downey for $16.35 million, Tucson medical offices for $6.6 million and a Norco Grocery Outlet Center for $6 million.

Bitterlin is recognized as one of the foremost authorities on trust real estate services on the West Coast, with his current business relationships. Trust real estate assets is one of his many specialties, with an emphasis on commercial and multifamily projects. He serves as Managing Director and President of several corporations and closely held family businesses, where the primary assets are real estate investments and operating businesses.
