When every child has the chance to learn, San Diego grows with them — but the cost of college keeps too many local students from finishing what they started.
Since 1997, the Community Scholarship Program has awarded $65.2 million to more than 16,200 students, making it the largest non-university scholarship provider in San Diego County.
By offering financial assistance, the program helps students dedicate more time to their studies, stay enrolled and complete their degrees.
These scholarships exist because donors like you make them possible. Individuals, families and fundholders across San Diego come together, year after year, to support students who share their values, interests or life experiences.
