San Diego Foundation supports equitable healthcare access for all and believes that women, trans, and non-binary peoples’ reproductive decisions and their ability to choose their care and future are human rights. Removing barriers to equal opportunity for all San Diegans is central to the San Diego Foundation Strategic Plan and our vision for just, equitable and resilient communities.
