Building Stability for San Diego’s Older Adults
At the corner of Cedar Street and Kettner Boulevard in Little Italy, Kettner Crossing gives 63 older adults a stable, affordable place to call home. Developed by Bridge Housing in partnership with San Diego County and financed in part by San Diego Foundation, the project is now complete and fully occupied — turning a stalled site into a community asset for San Diego seniors.Â

Homes restricted for households earning between 30% and 60% of Area Median Income
San Diego Foundation stepped in with gap financing to restart construction after rising costs stalled the project
