Building New Homes for San Diego’s Workforce
In the Normal Heights neighborhood, Bridge Deck will bring 345 new homes to San Diego’s workforce — teachers, healthcare workers, service employees and others who keep the community running but are being priced out of the neighborhoods they serve. The project is currently in predevelopment, with construction anticipated to be completed in 2027.
345 new studio and one-bedroom homes, primarily serving households earning at or below 70% of Area Median Income
Approximately 11,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space
Delivered in partnership with development partner Naturally Affordable Housing and financed through San Diego Foundation
