As Manager of Community Impact Operations at San Diego Foundation (SDF), Kelly provides strategic and day-to-day operational leadership across the Community Impact Division, helping translate division priorities into scalable systems, consistent workflows and accountable execution. Her work includes overseeing operational projects, grantmaking processes, rapid response efforts and community-facing initiatives to ensure the division’s work is delivered efficiently, equitably and in alignment with SDF’s mission, values and strategic goals.

Prior to this role, Kelly managed SDF’s Food Initiatives and Growing Green Spaces grantmaking programs, resulting in nearly $7 million in funding to local community partners. Through this work, she helped advance community-led efforts focused on food security, climate resilience, green space access and environmental well-being across San Diego County.

Kelly serves on the board of directors of the San Diego Women’s Foundation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Vassar College and a master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of San Diego.
