Chandra Lukes

Director, Accounting

Chandra Lukes, CPA has been an accounting and finance professional since 2015, with extensive experience serving nonprofit organizations. As Director of Accounting, Chandra oversees financial management, compliance, and reporting. Her expertise includes nonprofit accounting standards, grant management, and audit and tax coordination. Committed to accuracy, transparency, and mission alignment, Chandra plays a key role in supporting the San Diego Foundation’s organizational effectiveness and long-term financial health.

Prior to joining SDF, Chandra served as an Audit Senior Manager at EisnerAmper, where she led financial statement and retirement plan audits, as well as accounting and tax services for nonprofits and trusts.

Chandra currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Oceanside Outrigger Canoe Club and previously served as Treasurer for Wesley House Student Residence, Inc. She has also volunteered as a puppy raiser for Guide Dogs of America, helping train three future service dogs.

Chandra earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Redlands and became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in October 2017.
