Ana Chapman is a financial services executive and board director with 30 years of investment management, capital markets and business leadership experience. She has worked and lived across the U.S., Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.

In 2025, Ana founded and became CEO of Muzo Capital Partners, which partners with companies, alternative investment managers, and investors to capitalize unique opportunities. Prior to Muzo, Ana was a Managing Director at Hamilton Lane, a Senior Relationship Manager and Alternatives Lead at Allianz Global Investors, and she was President of JHL Capital Group, an alternative investment management firm. Earlier in her career, she worked at Smith Barney (now Citigroup), Goldman Sachs, Amba Research and Coghill Capital Management in investment banking, investment research, and business development roles.

Ana has served on several public and private corporate and advisory boards including Lake Resources (ASX: LKE), MP Materials (NYSE: MP), and Backstop Solutions Group.

In 2021, Ana joined the Investment Committee of The San Diego Foundation. She is actively involved with her undergraduate alma mater where she serves in the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business Advisory Council, the advisory boards for the Parker Center for Investment Research and the Emerging Markets Institute, and is a member of the President's Council of Cornell Women. In San Diego, she has served as a Trustee of the National University System and the Francis Parker School where she served in their finance, audit, and investment committees.

Ana received a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Succeeding as a Corporate Director executive education program.
