Youth Homelessness Grant

  • CSUSM Foundation: The Cougar Care Network at California State University, San Marcos offers targeted support to students confronting housing insecurity by providing emergency on-campus housing, financial assistance for rent and security deposits, and comprehensive case management.
  • Interfaith Community Services: Interfaith Community Services focuses on preventing homelessness among transitional age youth in North San Diego County by providing emergency financial assistance, housing navigation, and personalized case management.
  • Lifeline Community Services: LifeSpring supports former foster youth in their transition to independence by offering up to 36 months of housing, life skills development, and intensive support, helping them build healthy, productive, and independent lives.
  • MiraCosta College Foundation: MiraCosta College, serving over 27,000 students annually, offers emergency financial assistance to help students facing sudden crises continue their education while meeting basic needs, including housing.
  • North County LGBTQ Resource Center: Unicorn Homes is dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ youth and young adults in San Diego County who are unhoused or at risk of homelessness by providing safe, family-centered living spaces through a network of certified foster families.

Senior Grant

  • West PACE: Shallow Subsidy program provides a relatively small amount of money to help stabilize people in their current housing, while helping prevent a major crisis of eviction and homelessness.
