For Students

If you’re a San Diego County resident pursuing higher education, we have scholarship opportunities for you!

Scholarships are available for graduating high school seniors, undergraduates, graduate, medical and professional school students and adult re-entry students who are attending community colleges, four-year universities, career/technical schools, graduate, medical or professional schools or teaching credential programs. Scholarships range from $1,000 to more than $5,000 and - depending on the scholarship - can pay for tuition, room and board, books, fees and other related expenses.

These opportunities can provide you with financial assistance to pursue your educational goals and are made possible by the generosity of donors who support your commitment to your education.

The Common Scholarship Application uses one online application to access more than 100 scholarships. Note that almost all of our scholarships require San Diego County residency (except for the Cox Cares Scholarship).

DEADLINE: Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at 1:00 p.m.

We strongly recommend that you finish your application early as we expect heavy usage of our online system close to the deadline. This may result in online system delays and possible difficulties with successfully submitting your application. To avoid problems, apply early and finish your application now. No late applications or materials will be accepted.
