P. Kay Coleman is a partner at consulting firm FCB Partners, where she helps executives and teams understand what it takes to align their strategies, processes, systems and culture to achieve sustainable improvements in business results. Having worked with Jim Champy and Michael Hammer in the early days of reengineering, Kay pioneered the use of innovative tools and approaches for implementing big change fast.
Kay is Chair-elect of the Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society’s California Division, and she is Honorary Chair Emeritus of ACS’ San Diego Corporate Partnership Council. Kay also serves on the Board of Directors for the Westin Desert Willow Resort in Palm Desert, CA, and she is a member of The President’s Circle at the University of Tennessee where she endowed a scholarship.
Kay earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Strategic Planning from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. She also received a Master of Science (MS) in Educational and Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee.
