Each year we focus on one of six interest areas:

  • Health & Human Services (2007)
  • Civil Society (2008)
  • Employment/Economic Development (2009)
  • Environment (2010)
  • Arts & Culture (2011)
  • Education (2012)

The San Diego Women's Foundation just completed its 2nd full cycle of grant making by making grants in the field of Health and Human Services. The Grants Focus this year was improving access to nutritious foods for vulnerable populations within the San Diego County: people of all ages in low-income households experiencing hunger, food insecurity or food insufficiency. The 2007-08 Grants Focus will be in the area of Civil Society.

We are in the process of reviewing submitted proposals for this year’s Civil Society granting cycle.  We are no longer accepting additional applications at this time.  Thank you for your interest, please contact us with questions.
