Endow Awareness Goes Up

This past summer wrapped up our Endow Awareness Campaign, and our work has netted great results! We conducted our third study to measure changes in awareness of The Foundation and Endowment Giving in San Diego County. The initial benchmark study was in 2005 and a second was in 2007.

We are pleased to share strong momentum in raising awareness about Endowment Giving and The San Diego Foundation. A few highlights:

Overall Awareness of The Foundation increased significantly since 2005 and slightly since 2007:

Overall the Awareness of Endowment increase was significant since 2005 and almost flat compared to 2007:

The increase in The San Diego Foundation being named as a charitable organization that comes to mind has been significant since 2005, and still climbing since 2007:
