Heading Northbound on I-5:

• Take the Pacific Highway exit onto Pacific Hwy
• Exit to the LEFT on Barnett Ave
• Turn LEFT on Truxtun Rd
• Turn LEFT on Roosevelt Rd
• Turn RIGHT on Historic Decatur Rd
• The San Diego Foundation is located on the corner of Roosevelt Rd and Historic Decatur Rd

Heading Southbound on I-5:

• Take the I-8 East exit to El Centro/Rosecrans St. (stay in right lane)
• Bear RIGHT onto the CA-209 ramp to Rosecrans St.
• Continue straight on Rosecrans St. (for about 1.5 miles)
• Turn LEFT on Roosevelt Rd
