The Organizational Success Program Working Group has identified key performance measures to strengthen San Diego nonprofit organizations, enabling them to sustain their programs and achieve their missions. In addition to providing training and technical assistance to Foundation grantees, the Organizational Success Program Working Group has designed and developed the IMPACT Program (Inspiring Management, Program Accountability and Trust). The IMPACT Program includes a facilitated organizational self-assessment followed by capacity building support.
