Lectures Series on Global Climate Change
The San Diego Natural History Museum
October 2007 - May 2008
Following the success of the popular 2006-2007 lecture series on climate change, the San Diego Natural History Museum is hosting a new series of lectures on the effects of climate change on various wildlife species and habitats here in southern California and around the world. The Global Climate Change: Species and Places series is a great opportunity for the public to learn firsthand, from the scientists doing the research, how animals are faring with a warming planet. There will also be a focus on local habitats to tell San Diegans what’s happening right in their own backyards. All lectures are free to the public and no registration is required. For more information, visit the San Diego Natural History Musuem website.
