Climate Change Advisory Council

The San Diego Foundation appointed the Climate Change Advisory Council to help identify where philanthropy can make the greatest impact in curbing greenhouse gas emissions and mitigating the effects of climate change. The committee -- composed of leaders from local government, business, academic and nonporofit organizations -- is gathering information on best practices and lessons learned from other efforts world-wide.
