The Civil Society Working Group vision is a region in which residents care about one another and are actively involved in improving the quality of life in their neighborhoods—promoting an appreciation for diversity, creative thinking and effective problem-solving. Their initiative, A New Consensus for Housing, will establish a framework to address the need for housing across the San Diego region with planning for balanced and equitable future growth, resulting in livable communities with choices for all.
